Five dimensions, every single day

Panchkosha is an ancient Indian framework that recognises five layers of a child's development. Our daily activity plans nurture all five — so your child is school-ready without being drilled.

  1. 01

Annamaya — the physical layer: movement, motor skills, healthy routine

  2. 02

Pranamaya — the vital layer: breath, energy, calm and rhythm

  3. 03

Manomaya — the emotional layer: naming feelings, empathy, confidence

  4. 04

Vijnanamaya — the intellectual layer: curiosity, language, early numeracy

  5. 05

Anandamaya — the joyful layer: play, music, art and wonder

Questions parents ask

What age should my child start?

Preschool takes children from age 2 through 6. Abacus and Rubik's Cube start at 6 and run to 14 — that's the window where mental calculation and spatial reasoning develop fastest. If your child is close to a boundary, talk to your nearest centre; they'll assess and place accordingly.

How much practice does my child need to do at home?

About ten minutes a day for Abacus and Rubik's Cube, through the practice app. Preschool is built around hands-on kits we send home, so it's activity time rather than screen time — and we cap screen time at 30 minutes.

What is the Panchkosha framework in Unigoal Preschool?

Panchkosha is an ancient Indian framework that recognises five layers of human development: physical (Annamaya), vital (Pranamaya), emotional (Manomaya), intellectual (Vijnanamaya), and joyful or creative (Anandamaya). Our preschool curriculum builds daily activities that nurture all five, and it's aligned to India's NCF-FS framework — so your child is school-ready without being drilled.

Are classes online or at a centre?

Classes are in person at a Unigoal centre, with an instructor. The apps are for daily practice between classes and for parents to follow progress — they don't replace the teacher.

How do I find a centre near me?

Message us on WhatsApp with your city or area and we'll connect you to the nearest Unigoal centre. If there isn't one yet, we'll tell you honestly — and let you know when one opens.
